从入围者名单来看，本土品牌Alexander McQueen和刚刚掌舵Loewe的J.W. Anderson 拥有两项提名。除此之外，2014年度的各路风云设计师也都纷纷入围了各种大奖。其中竞争最为激烈的当属年度最具国际影响力设计师的争夺，Dior的设计师Raf Simons，LV的设计师Nicolas Ghesquière以及Saint Laurent的设计师Hedi Slimane，三位改变品牌命运和风格的人士，成为了最大看点。当然，作为英国的时尚大奖，本土设计师以及品牌也不能忽视，Christopher Bailey、Mary Katrantzou、Christopher Kane等一批伦敦时装周上的闪耀看点，也是颁奖典礼的又一看点。
